GMCC'S Juneteenth Celebration

Green McAdoo Cultural Center is proud to announce their first ever Juneteenth Celebration! The event is free to attend and for all ages. Along with the schedule below, there will be plenty of games and activities, as well as an area for local artists to showcase their work. Parking will be available at Asbury Church, Mt. Sinai Church, and the Clinton Football Fields. Vaccination is strongly encouraged to attend.

9:30- Prayer Breakfast
12:00- Food from FATS BBQ and The Potato Chef (Available for Purchase throughout the day)
1:00- Cake Walk with 10 Homemade Cakes to be Won
2:00- Tug-O-War Competition
3:00- Various Contests
4:00- Live Bingo!
5:00- Douglas J. Aveda Institute Juneteenth Hair Show
6:30- Live Music from Jeanie Fuller & The True Funk Soldiers
8:30- Movie on the Lawn featuring Hidden Figures.
