Leash Up Your Four-legged Friend for a Pet Friendly Hike on Saturday, November 26. The 2.5 mile hike is coordinated by the Manhattan Project National Historical Park and will begin on the North Boundary Greenway in Oak Ridge at 2 pm (ET) starting at the East Quarry Trailhead. Hikers will learn about the settlements that pre-dated Oak Ridge homesites and a limestone quarry. Wear appropriate footwear and bring drinking water, for you and your pet. There are no facilities at the trailhead. While this is a pet friendly hike, no pet is required to attend.
