September 3, 2020 - September 30, 2020

The Museum of Appalachia is open for visitors and a great place to bring your families. The Museum’s grounds are expansive and easily allow for social distancing, especially with additional safety measures they have put in place. Join the museum for a fun day of learning about the history of the Southern Appalachian people, visiting with the animals, and exploring the Museum village. The museum restaurant offers a menu of delicious homestyle lunch options, and the gift shop is filled with regional and handmade gifts, decor and keepsakes.

Instead of hosting large “events” this fall, the Museum is pleased to offer the below schedule of talented musicians and demonstrators.

Please keep in mind this calendar of events is subject to change, so be sure to check the museum website for up to date info.
